In our apartments in the first floor of our side building (which is the Training Center of TÜV SÜD Akademie; trainings start in April 2019), you find completely new comfort und premium apartments.

These are some advantages of the new apartments:

- Technology up to date: in the parking basement, we have implemented charging stations for electric vehicles
- For common mobile devices, we offer connectivity to the TV for the use of Netflix, Spotify and so forth – please ask
- You want to come together with your colleagues in the evening? Then meet in our get-together-room.
- An Italian Restaurant opens in spring 2019 in the ground floor, i.e., short distances to pizza and pasta!
Comfort Apartments have approx. 30 sqm and are equipped as follows:

Premium-Apartments have approx. 37 sqm and are equipped as follows

- Desk with cube seat and writing materials

A washing machine, a dryer, and a dispenser for drinks and snacks are also available for our guests.
