Here you will find everything you need to know about our 1-room temporary apartments in Filderstadt, where you can spend your time. Combine the amenities offered by a hotel service with the freedom to tailor your stay to your own rhythm. Please note that all rooms are non-smoking.

If you are arriving after 21:00 or on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, please let us know in advance. This allows us to prepare your arrival in the best possible way and ensure that everything runs smoothly.

In our apartments on the 3rd floor, opposite the main building, you will find fully furnished standard apartments measuring approx. 40 square meters.

In our apartments on the 1st floor in the seminar center (TÜV SÜD Academy) you will find fully furnished comfort apartments, these are about 37 square meters in size.
